The NPP flat-belt conveyor is designed for the removal and transfer of parts from a molding machine, particularly in injection molding applications. Installed at the edge or side of the machine, it works in coordination with a robot to ensure the automated retrieval and conveyance of products.

Its design allows easy integration into robotic cells, with cycle synchronization between the conveyor and the robot to optimize production flow.

The equipment can include guards suited to the work environment, made of polycarbonate or galvanized wire mesh. These guards can be customized to meet safety requirements while maintaining good accessibility and visibility of the process.

The conveyor includes an electrical cabinet that controls the entire system, with interfaces designed for communication with external equipment, particularly the robot.
