EasyClean350 is used for fully automatic cleaning and calibration of pH measuring points. EasyClean350 e is a robust and proven fully automated system which works reliably even in high maintenance measuring points. Typical fields of application are chemical processes with aggressive chemicals and high temperatures.

EasyClean350e installed with the new METTLER TOLEDO transmitter pH 2100e result in a totally automated maintenance for the entire loop.

EasyClean350e and the transmitter pH 2100e have been developed parallel to achieve the maximal performance without any compromises. Intelligent communication between the cleaning system and the transmitter provides a save operation.

Separated alarm relays indicates malfunctions in the transmitter or in the EasyClean. Two different timer allow to set the cleaning interval independent from the calibration interval. As soon as both intervals have to be executed at the same time, only the calibration routine will be executed.

Technical features

Delegate the maintenance to the automation units from METTLER TOLEDO. The sensor gets automatically cleaned and calibrated in a reliable and reproducible way. Downtimes caused by insufficient maintained sensors are a thing of the past. No time consuming maintenance required anymore. Use your valuable time for more cost intensive tasks. The cleaning and calibration takes place on an interval base or triggered on demand from the control room. Regular maintenance of the sensor can significantly increase the lifetime of the sensor. Increased sensor lifetime ends up in reduced replacement cost.
