The E.KO IONISER is an innovative water treatment solution designed for wire machines. It continuously purifies water and ensures stable conductivity between 0 and 2 µS, or between 5 and 15 µS depending on operating conditions.

With exceptional capacity, it can treat up to 4,500 liters of water at 0–2 µS, or 5,500 liters at 5–15 µS, with a maximum flow rate of 450 liters per hour.

With a lifespan up to 10 times longer than a standard resin cartridge, it offers a more economical, environmentally friendly, and durable solution.

E.KO IONISER units are designed for quick replacement (plug & play system) and can be installed in just a few minutes thanks to a dedicated mini-pallet.

The system is available in several versions (1501, 1502, 1503), adapted to different applications: standard, hard metal, ultra-pure water, or boiler feed.
