What does it do?

The Delta Robot is a three or four-axis vision-guided robotic system for handling on-the-fly, un-oriented products. Ideal when the in-feed cannot be predicted, or is random

How does it work?

The robot is an overhead supported, three or four axis robot, with a large working envelope. Product enters the working envelope after being detected by a highly accurate camera system for orientation. The robot takes the input from the camera, goes directly to the product and re-orientates the product while placing it in the location or container specified, all at speeds exceeding 150 picks per minute!
