With its four air intakes this mobile extraction and filter unit offers a flexible unit for the extraction of polluted air directly at source.

It can be used on multiple operations in the metal working industry.

The unit can be connected to exhaust nozzles, mini exhaust arms or shields with integrated extraction. The use of torches with integrated extraction makes it even more flexible.

The robust extraction unit is supplied with two KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges, which are monitored by the electrical control and – according to the saturation rate – cleaned automatically during operation.

The extraction capacity can be controlled by a stepless adjustable speed control.
