Transducers for industrial and professional purposes, developed for use in severe evinronmental conditions as on machine tools, textile machines, tanning industry, rolling mills, shipyards (mod. 90A, 115, 115R), marble machining, concrete machining, wood machining.
All metal construction, with high precision ball bearings (ABEC 5), stainless steel shaft with two O-ring sealings; special version mod. 115R has two metallic covers. By this way, an high degree of protection to extremely adverse environmental conditions (dust, oils, moisture, water) is assured.
The abounding size of shaft, ball bearings and mechanic parts (mainly in mod. 90A, 102, 115, 115R and 120) allow these encoders to be equipped with pinions, metric wheels, pulleys for cogged belts a.s.o. Unbreakable inner coded disc further increases the shock and vibration resistance of these units.
High reliability and extended operating temperature range are assured by use of LED light source (100000 hours minimum operating life), push-pull connection of detecting phototransistors, professional grade components, accurate design engineering, extended tests at high and low temperatures.
The number of pulses/rev. is from minimum of 1 up to a maximum of 20000 (in according to those available for each model).
