Insulating liners for insulation sleeves presses, blowers, extruders

Advantage : Energysavng of about 30% protection against burns and staff involved.

These liners consist of three parts : hot inner face part, outer face cold part, insulating material inside the liner
 

  • Part hot inner face
This parts is provided with a packing o silica providing a direct exposure on all heaters : 1000°C for continous operation.
  • Outer face cold part
This part is provided with a fiberglass lining consists of PTFE Fiberlon and 300°C in continuous service.
Soiled surfaces, especially of plastic can be readily cleaned.
