Frames made from cardboard or metal on which is placed the pleated media.

This type of filter is generally used for the pre-filtering of ventilation systems to protect the stages of filter bags or rigid filters.

Pleated media enables to increase filtering surface which means increase lifetime in a small pack.

Filtering medias : Non-woven polyester or fiber glass media depending on application.

Frame :Galvanised metal or cardboard frame.

Applications : Prefiltration, Ventilation systems, Air conditionning

Standard thickness : 24, 48 or 98mm Filtration efficiency : 80 to 95% (depending on type of media)
