It is particularly soft and controlled in order to reproduce the manual gesture.

It is solid and entirely made of stainless steel.

Operating method:

Heating and processing of the milk at any speed and with great delicacy.
Gradual and gentle curd cutting, very similar to the manual cutting thanks to its special curd cutter.
Cleaning of the tanks with a special cleanser.
Available with electronic speed regulator or mechanical one at 48V.
Stainless steel cover for the gearmotor (on the model with inverter).
Total protection equipment, with safety switch or cover and emergency stop on the gearmotor.
