The ULTRAMAT 23 gas analyzer allows continuous and simultaneous measurement of up to 4 gas components. The device can be equipped with the following sensors:
• IR detector for active gases in the infrared
• UV detector for gases active in UV rays
• H2S sensor (electrochemical)
• O2 sensor (electrochemical)
• O2 sensor (paramagnetic)
• The ULTRAMAT 23 gas analyzer intended for use in biogas plants allows the continuous measurement of 4 gaseous components: 2 active gases in the infrared (CO2 and CH4) as well as O2 and H2S thanks to cells of electrochemical measurement.
• The ULTRAMAT 23 gas analyzer with paramagnetic oxygen cell allows continuous measurement of 4 gaseous components: 3 active gases in the infrared as well as O2 ("" Hantel "measuring cell).
• The ULTRAMAT 23 gas analyzer with UV photometer enables the measurement of active gas in the infrared, active gases in UV (SO2, NO2) as well as O2 with electrochemical sensors.
Benefits:
• AUTOCAL with ambient air (depending on the component to be measured)
- High profitability because it does not require a standard gas
• High selectivity thanks to multi-layer detectors, eg. low disturbance sensitivity to water vapor
• The cuvettes can be cleaned on site if necessary
- Reduction of costs by extending the service life in the event of heavy soiling
• Menu-guided control in plain language
- Operation without manual, safe driving
• Maintenance information and incident log
- Preventive maintenance ; help for service and maintenance personnel, reduced cost
• Coded operating level for protection against unauthorized access
- Increased security
• Open interface architecture (RS 485, RS 232, PROFIBUS, SIPROM GA)
- Integration into the simplified process; remote control and monitoring
Particular utility when used in biogas
• Continuous measurement of the four critical components including H2S
• High durability of the H2S sensor, even in case of high concentrations; unnecessary dilution or rinsing
• Possibility of introduction and measurement of flammable gases such as those encountered in biogas plants (eg 70% CH4) (TÜV certificate)
