The Clara 1000 is 3nine’s most popular oil mist separator. With a flow rate of 600CFM (1000m³/h), it is suitable for just about any type of machine tool with a cabin size not exceeding 353CF.

The Clara 1000 oil mist separator operates on the centrifugal disc stack separation principle and requires minimal maintenance. The oil mist separator does not clog up and loose efficiency like a filtered technology – even under extreme conditions with high solids loading, such as casing or grinding applications.

As with other 3nine products, the Clara achieves a very high purification rate. The patented rotating disc stack separates the oil mist far more effectively than filtered based centrifugal technologies such as cyclones and rotary filters.

Efficient and low maintenance, the Clara offers a highly attractive operating economy over its life cycle. Compared with traditional filtered units, you save at least 50% annually on operating costs.

The Clara can easily be installed on most machine tools. This saves floor space and unnecessary pipe work. It also makes it easier to move the machine tools when production requirements change.
