Open & welded sections

The interchangeable tooling of thousands of existing section shapes allows Sadef to supply a perfect steel section in the right material (e.g. stainless steel, precoated steel, pregalvanised steel,etc.) as a ready for assembly component, and in your colour.

Sadef offers a comprehensive range of rollforming possibilities. With strip ranging from 20 and 800 mm in width and between 0.4 and 11 mm in thickness, variations are almost unlimited.

With 35 lines we enjoy a solid reputation in terms of flexibility.

Production includes:

- HF-welding
- Laser-welding
- Pre-, mid- and postpiercing
- Mechanical joining

A lot of applications allow a lighter design by adding a number of bends to the original simple section, enhancing the work done during cold rollforming and making the section more efficient and lighter.

Torsional stiffness will further increase by welding the section continuously together over its full length.
