Oven Controlled SAW Oscillator in Package A is designed for the instrumentation and radar simulators markets, and featured by remarkable performance of ultra low noise of - 165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz from the carrier and -178dBc/Hz at noise floor , overall frequency stability of ± 1ppm, and aging of ± 1 ppm over 1 year. RF design of this oscillator provides high frequency source by assuring the best level of noise floor in the RF chain as the signal is generated without multiplication stage.
