The clamping device SPV 250 V3 is optimized for welding polymers and ensures the necessary contact between the components to realize a perfect weld. With customized adjustments it is possible to weld components of various heights.
The clamping device SPV 250 V3 is designed for integration into the turnkey laser welding systems MAXI und NOVOLAS™WS-AT.

It always ensures a constant and even pressure distribution. The sample holder and the clamping glass/frame are 4-bit coded (optional) and can be replaced with minimal effort via a drawer system. The size of the clamping frame is 250x250 mm / 9.84x9.84 inch. The optional force/path measurement ensures an even higher process stability.
