Polyamide is above all a very versatile material for all applications thanks to its different variants :
  • Glass bead-filled polyamide
  • Polyamide alumide
  • PA6-6
  • PA12
Powder sintering is used for the manufacture of this type of parts. This process guarantees flexibility of manufacture, which has the particularity of making lightweight polyamide parts.

  • Impact resistance
  • Working temperature between 86°C and 130°C
  • Non-aggressive material for the mould
  • Freedom of design (ability to integrate pneumatic circuits into the part)
  • Obtaining complex parts
Polyamide allows the production of fully fonctional prototypes. Parts can be sandblasted, colored, painted, covered...
