The Serco units are positionned and locked by means of a column/arm system resting on the outside diameter of the part to be machined (allowing internal machining).Machine installation is quick and easy.After a first visual positioning ,we can get within a few minutes ,using a simple specific device,a parallelism and concentricity within a 1/100 of mm precision .A powerful air motor drives the tool rotation (hydraulic motors on request )and radial automatic feed (with a choice of two speed).
