What to expect for this new laser marking machines?
These new machines has the fiber laser technology and have 20 or 30W power. This technology enable permanent engravings, without any difficulty, on every metals and almost every plastics. This marking technology without contact has lots of benefits and allows to make every marking types in a very aesthetic way.

Integrated laser marking machine XS Inline, the smallest head in the world! Discover XS Inline and enhance your productivity!
Unsurprisingly, XS Inline make the difference thanks to its ultra-compact marking head! Its reduced dimensions (255*75*121mm) are a real advantage to integrate even in a cramped environment.

Its head have 3 mounting faces (3 sides) and a plate to allow an easy mechanical set up of the height with precision in order to facilitate positioning on all types of production lines. The remote software on PC has advanced features and also has Read & Verify function which automatically read and check the 1D and 2D code thanks to a reader added on the head.

Its control unit have various lots of ports in order to communicate with field networks Profinet and Ethernet IP for example. Inputs and outputs can be configured to allow real-time data exchange and interfacing with PLCs. Moreover, the controller has internal memory which make standalone mode possible, without any PC control.

GX Small, the new small-size laser station! GX Small offers a totally redesigned user experience thanks to its compactness, front and side access door and removable remote control.
Like XS Inline, the laser marking station GX Small has a complete software which allows to create, set up and launch markings quickly and easily. Every marking types can be made (1D and 2D codes, shapes, texts, logos) and a reader can be added to benefit from the Read & Verify feature for real-time proofreading. This new machine uses electromagnetic dot peen technology. It integrates and installs easily in all industrial environments, even the most demanding, thanks to its rack-mountable and flush-mountable controller and 3-sided mounting on the marking head.

The controller has a 16-channel card that can be fully configured. As for connectivity, the machine is compatible with Ethernet IP and Profinet communication protocols.

Technomark presents its latest innovation, Comby. An electromagnetic dot peen marking machine controlled by a tablet to answer both a portable AND a bench use.
 
Comby is a complete 2-in-1 solution! It takes just 10 seconds to switch from portable mode to workbench mode and vice versa, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial requirements.
 
Like the entire Connnect.series range, the marking head communicates with its control unit, a tablet, using a secure Wi-Fi protocol, and has a 22V lithium-ion battery. Comby is a 100% wireless combined machine that can be used for both indoor and outdoor marking.
 
Precision with simplicity
In workbench configuration, thanks to its robust all-in-one column base, you can position the head and start marking in a few seconds. The cast aluminium base is compact and ergonomic. Its universal T slot allows all types of clamping systems to be fitted, such as a rotary axis for marking cylindrical parts (on the circumference as well as on generator). The adjustment wheel allows the head to slide along the column for fast, precise height adjustment.
 
Traceability in motion
In portable mode, the operator can move around freely to mark medium to large parts that can be heavy or difficult to access. The 5-in-1 support foot of the marking head enables it to adapt to the shape of the parts to be marked (flat, cylindrical, bar end...).
 
Intuitive control software
The Connect.app application, developed by Technomark, is compatible with Android tablets. It's ergonomic, easy to use and accessible. It has two user modes (administrator or production) as well as numerous functions: creation/modification/import of marking files, visualisation of the marking area, access to maintenance modules and error display.

The Buddy model, the latest addition to the Connect.series range, comes to offer a brand new mobile electromagnetic dot peen marking solution. Unlike the majority of portable machines on the market, Buddy is designed to meet 100% nomadic use. The operator has all the freedom to move around as he wishes since his smartphone, always at hand, acts as a controller. If necessary, he can still make his markings up to a distance of 10m between the head and the smartphone. The user therefore now has the possibility of marking outdoors as well as indoors, without any limits.

Subject to license, the smartphone application developed by Technomark is available on Google Play and is compatible with Android 10 and later versions. Thanks to its intuitive user experience, it makes it possible to create markings, configure them and launch them quickly and simply via the smartphone. It is also possible to import files via a PC. On a daily basis, several users can have the application to control the marking head and two levels of users are available. The administrator mode allows you to create markings and the production mode to make them without additional settings. On the connectivity side, the head and the smartphone communicate using a secure Wifi protocol and the application allows the feedback of marking or maintenance information in real time. Another advantage is that it is not necessary to have a reader thanks to the code scan function made possible with the smartphone's camera.
