The Easy-PSP data acquisition system. This compact system, equipped with a simplified interface, is the result of SISE's extensive experience in data acquisition and traceability for the plastics industry. It integrates the following functions: process development assistance, switching point control via tooling sensor signals, incompleteness detection through direct or indirect pressure measurement in the cavities, control and analysis of the complete injection molding process for injection molding machines and equipment, and monitoring of user-configurable process indicators. This simple system is easy to configure and implement, recording, alerting in case of deviations, saving, and analyzing all indicators cycle by cycle and across the entire production run. Easy-PSP provides insight into the quality of the produced part and ensures production process stability.
