Radio frequency press with electric jack and high frequency stability, automaton controlled and driven by touch screen.
Its technology by electric jack offers simplicity and comfort in use, the rigid structure assures its precision and durability.

The regulation of parallelism is realized by a system with balls and micrometer screw for a perfect sealing precision.

Completely piloted by automaton, for a better flexibility in use, its control panel is featured by a serial touch screen PROFACE for an intuitive reading and a conduct of production parameters.

Transfer of the parameters by USB port for follow-up control and repeat:
- Sealing time
- Pressure
- Sealing profile
The Z25 BS31 has been featured throughout a reinforced security system :
- Release of sealing cycle through bi-manual command
- Protection system by hood

OPTIONS :
- Stainless steel screws
- Protection « light curtain» system
- Movement ability of the frame
- Measurement box (anode power, electrode tension in junction box…)
