The design of the compact LESER safety valve Compact Performance Type 462 was in particular modified by adjusting the center to face dimensions for application in refrigeration technology. Wide selection of centre to face dimension combinations permit ideal adjustment of Type 462 to existing refrigeration systems.

Another special feature is the special trim of all interfaces to the outside. The flange connection at the outlet is welded; an O-ring is installed between the inlet body and outlet body. In the refrigeration technology configuration Type 462 has the application specific features inlet and outlet with groove according to DIN EN 1092 and soft sealing disc for emission reduction. Type 462 is suitable for small to medium discharge capacities.
