SAMPLING PROBE | PSG Plus

The PSG Plus series heated gas sampling probes are used for continuous analysis of exhaust gases. They allow for trouble-free representative sampling of hot gases mainly loaded with dust and water vapor. Typical applications are emission measurement, process monitoring and process optimization.
 
The smart design with optimal gas guidance enables filtration of gas samples over the 212 cm2 outer filtration area as well as a comfortable and quick filter change without tools and disassembly of the heated sample line. Extremely simple maintenance of the PSG Plus is possible thanks to a sophisticated corkscrew mechanism, which allows effortless opening also for gluing the filter housing cover. The holohedral sealed high performance annular radiator combined with the tight-walled thick-walled fiberglass insulation sleeve ensures even heating of the complete PSG Plus to 180 ° C.
 
Due to the larger filtration area on the market in combination with the homogeneous heating dust will always be reliably separated in the PSG Plus without water vapor condensation and therefore without filter clogging. For high dust concentrations up to 40 g / m3 resp. 280g / m3, the PSG Plus can be fitted with an efficient single or two-stage rear bleed with a 12mm OD tube unique on the market.
