The SEARCHPOINT OPTIMA PLUS gas detector is a fixed sensor for use in potentially explosive environments. 
 
The light-absorbing detection technique offers a high level of protection against harmful fumes for on-site operators, and is very fast and inexpensive to maintain.  
 
As an added bonus, outstanding reliability is ensured through built-in false alarm rejection and internal fault diagnosis. 
 
The OPTIMA PLUS is ATEX certified and comes with a 3-year warranty. It measures 165 x 73 mm and weighs 1.6 kg. It has a stainless steel housing and operates in temperatures between -40°C and +65°C.
