Sewosy innovates for access security since 2001

The company designs, manufactures and distributes electric and electromagnetic products divided into four ranges :

• Locking systems (electric strikes, electromagnetic locks and housings…)
• Access control (proximity readers, cards, keyfobs, keypads…)
• Accessories (power supplies, door loops, push buttons, key switches, magnetic contacts…)
• Fire security (manual call points, electromagnetic door holder devices)

Sewosy stands out for its ability to innovate, especially through the eco-design of its products. Its strategy of industrial property was rewarded in 2012 by an Innovation regional trophy of the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI in France).

Its project of energy-efficient electromagnetic housing, the CPREG®-5, won two Eco-design awards in 2014. The all eco-design approach of Sewosy was distinguished by the juries.

Created in 2001 by Jacques Wolff, Sewosy business registers a steady increase in revenue, up to 6,6 M€ in 2014. The radiance of this company of 29 persons also shines at an international level with a quarter of shares for export. The headquarters is in Haguenau, at the north of the European French capital Strasbourg. Two commercial agencies are located in Germany and the other in Malaysia fort he German and Asiatic markets respectively.
