The Slimline ring is an axial sealing solution designed for air conditioning connections, intended to effectively replace the radial clamp O-rings used in standard configurations. It consists of a metal insert containing a trapezoidal elastomer ring, bonded and vulcanized to ensure perfect integrity.

Our exclusive purple EPDM elastomer formulation offers optimized chemical resistance to R1234yf refrigerant and is approved by several major automotive manufacturers, such as BMW, Daimler, and General Motors.

The metal insert is made of carbon steel (cold-rolled and hardened strip), protected by a high-performance Zn-Ni-based anti-corrosion coating.

Available elastomers: EPDM and HNBR
