Greene, Tweed has developed a special cap seal--the Snubber Ring--with enough strength to survive the demanding Aerospace and Defense applications that require the sealing component to pass across ports with high differential pressures without being damaged.

Used in the landing gear of large aircraft, the Snubber Ring can pass unsupported over a series of hydraulic ports while facing fluid pressure in excess of 3,000 psi and not experience extrusion and shear damage. Greene, Tweed believes in meeting and exceeding customers' requirements, and the Snubber Ring delivers the critical performance required for our market-leading Aerospace customers.
