Designed for industrial use, the SPIDER µATE from E2I Solutions is an affordable, configurable automatic test equipment (continuity, ESD, power, memory control, video).
It has a power supply unit (+3.3V, +5V, +12V, and -12V DC) and five slots for SPIDER electronic cards:
• M1; protocols (I2C, SPI, UART), programming up to 32 input/output ports, 4 clocks (up to 240MHz, pulse counter, frequency measurement), 2 ADCs (16 bits, up to 3.6 Megabits/s) and 2 DAC converters (12 bits).
• VIS8; 8 channels with four quadrants (FV, FI, FN high-Z high impedance, MV, MI) and 22.5FV range, 4 programmable current ranges (±5uA, ±20uA, ±200uA and ±2mA) & 2 ranges up to 80mA, as well as a programmable 16-bit DAC.
• DPS; 2 power supplies (FV, MI, MV, FNMV), current sources (±25 mA, ±500mA, ±1.2A), programmable 16-bit DAC converter,
And VISION imaging cards with USB-UVC output;
• PARALLEL (LVCMOS); inputs up to 32 bits, 3 synchronizations (Sync, Vsync, PSync), VCC 1.2V to 3.6V
• MIPI; input: MIPI-CSI2, 1 to 4 channels
Users can generate test sequences with limits (graphical debugging, pin configuration, image analysis, operating sequence) using the “Spider Test” software and display the results.
The SPIDER µATE is designed for card design, interface development (prober, manufacturing test), and production.
