SYNCHRONISED BELT CONVEYOR (SBC)

The SBC consists of a basic unit, which forms the inlet and the outlet section of the SBC. Increased lengths are available in 2m intermediate modules.

The SBC has a multiply rubber belt running on precisely positioned rollers with dust-proof bearings.

The driving power for the SBC is supplied by the hydraulic power station of the AMC through pneumatic clamping clutches placed on both sides along the SBC.

The clutches are rigidly connected to the AMC drive mechanism and distribute the conveying force evenly over the entire length of the belt so that transport of the entire mould string takes place without mould gaps or mould deformation.

The outlet section contains an adjustable tension roller assembly, provided with a return stroke barring device and a push-off table.
