INNOVIDEA proposes the Pergam Class 1 Laser Falcon "eyesafe" which allows the detection and quantification of methane (CH4) leaks in ppmxm at a distance of typically 30 to 50 meters and for detection limits of 1 to 150 000ppmxm. Self-calibrated thanks to a reference cell, it outputs data in real time via a USB in RS232C

The FALCON Laser embarkable on drone is specially designed for the search of methane leaks in various industrial sectors (oil and gas, biogas, landfill, sewage sludge).

Its main characteristics are:
- a detection speed of 0.1s (sampling at 2Hz - 5 measurements per point),
- operating temperature from -15 to +50°C.
- electrical power 7,5W (5VDC)
- dimensions: 100x82,5x80 mm

The Falcon is proposed as a kit including the sensor with a Mini-PC, a GPS receiver and a software allowing data recording on SD card and data transmission (including GPS coordinates and clock) via HDMI. The user can then superimpose the recordings made in flight of the concentration of methane detected on a Google Maps type map in order to make his report with an accurate map of emissions.

Its weight of 250g (450g for the kit), it is particularly suitable for robotic platforms, especially those of the multicopter drone type.

Detection of methane (CH4) or gases containing it Instrument range up to 50m; best performance typically at 30m Sensitivity: 1 to 150 000ppmxm Measurement frequency 2Hz (5 measurements per point) Red pointing laser (Class 2) with eye safe infrared laser (Class 1) Power consumption : 7,W (5VDC) on drone or power bank Operating temperature : -17°C to +50°C Weight : 250 g (450g complete kit) Small size : 100x82,5x80 mm
