Guerin Systems SAS, Tetra Pak group has developed a Tight Bag Dumping Station dedicated to handle powders inside a closed area in order to provide any powder contamination outside the station.

This Dumping Station also allows the handling of dangerous products (such as probiotic mixes or maltodextrin in food industry).

The Dumping Station is equiped with a reversejet filter designed for easy and fast sleeves dismounting.

A fan is used to suck up the powder fines during dumping and set the Dumping Station under small negative pressure in order to prevent any leak outside.

A EU4 pre-filter and a EU9 filter give the security for the external rejections and garanty a high quality of air.

The bags are inserted inside the Dumping Station threw a lateral door witch is tightly closed after insertion. The operator slips his hands inside the gloves and opens the bags inside the Dumping Station (Glove Box).

He can follow up the operation threw a wide window.

The empty bags are evacuated on the opposite side from the inlet inside a salvage bag.

As an option, a magnetic trap can be included inside the Dumping station.
