Silicone die:

Development of your silicone and brass punches in 80/90 SHO - punch or wheel. Perfectly suited for the finest decors. We offer a full service, from the completion of the punch master to the punch itself. Optimal durability of the punches. A certainty that the punch will be immediately operational on the machine, without long and painful development. Unrivaled quality and finesse in marking. Repeatability of performance.

Our silicone punches are mounted on an aluminum plate for flat punches, or a shaped aluminum block for 3D punches. We can also cast them on thin steel plates for the marking heads with a magnetic system. Hardnesses possible as standard: 80 shore A (red) or 90 shore A (brown). We can also make "mixed" punches with marking punch in silicone 90 shore A and embankment and base of the punch in silicone 80 shore A.
