Presentation

Pallet transfer table, without side covering. This transfer table is adapted to Europe pallets: 1200*800mm & 1200*1000mm. It allows the transfer of products at 90° from one line to another.

We realize two references of standard transfer table:
- for 1200*800 pallets : Length : 1359mm | Width : 900mm | Height : 500mm
- for 1200*1000 pallets: Length: 1359mm | Width: 1100mm | Height: 500mm

Frame :
- Metal frame made of folded sheet metal thickness: 40/10th
- Feet of support adjustable in height by jack with screw

Rollers :
- Zinc plated steel Ø 89, thickness 3mm, axle Ø 20mm, pitch 151 mm
- Double sprockets with 15 teeth for 15,8mm pitch chain
- Height on rollers 500 mm +/- 50 mm

Chains :
- 3 chains
- Chain type 10b2 double

Drive unit :
- Fixed speed gear motor placed under the unit
- Rotation speed: 90°/4s

Electrical:
- Without electrical control equipment, except for the geared motor

Load capacity:
- Per pallet : 1200 kg
