TransMaster

The part transfer system Transmaster offers space-saving part feeding in highest efficiency. Simple design and space-saving installation ensure process safety and low investment costs.

Base Frame :

- Stainless steel welded and polished (alternative: Steel welded, primed and painted).
- Length from 500 up to 5000mm.
- Any desired amount of frames can be combined.

Conveyor links :

- Steel or plastic (special design if, for example, contact with foods).
- 2-20 conveyor links possible.
- Variable link width (see table).

Base pallet :

- Abrasion resistant plastic.
- Allows for buffering of rotation symmetrical and position oriented parts.

Accessories :

- Pneumatic stopping units with electric position monitoring sensors.
- Special parts with guiding lines.
- Possible combination to external units.
