Twin

The pre-filters in the TWIN line are used to reduce the quantity of fluid pollutants and small quantities of small sized solids which may be present in the air aspirated from machine tools in general. They are suitable for use on grinding and shaving removal machines with tools, washing machines, etc. They are best used to separate sprays, drops of water, emulsions and oil in an optimal way.. As well as being equipped with filters, they make use of a large expansion chamber that allows the separation of pollutants, given the expansion and sudden slowing of the speed of the fluid.

There are two possibilities for the use of filters: FM – Washable, metal for roughing filtration FSM - Synthetic + metal for finer filtration An attachment is supplied for the discharge of separate fluids.

It can be installed vertically or horizontally. It can be positioned close to the aspirator or the machine tool or on an existing tube. Given its configuration and high adaptability, it can also be a valid aid in centralised systems to reduce the quantity of pollutants that circulate in the tubes which tend to accumulate inside them. The two versions differ as the fluids flow in the opposite direction.
