Paint booth for painting applications on light vehicles (L.V.) and utility vehicles (U.V) in automotive bodywork (out of Europe).


Description :

(Paint booth range intended for the international market - out of Europe)

Spraybooth with balanced over-pressure and extractor

Ventilation : Valoria 300 = 30 000 m3/h // Valoria 240 = 24 000 m3/h

IP54 daylight lighting with electronic ballast

Prefiltration (pouch process)

 

Choice of heating process and energies (fan-assisted or exchanger firebox)

Integrated grating support irons

 

Control panel with booth pressure indictor and remote command setting for the motorised air extraction flow control

Baking phase provided in recycling mode with motorised air flow control
 

Main options :

Layout on metal underframe with full or motorised interior mobile ramp

Internal height choice

Machinery: different possible layouts

Thermal insulation lining

Rocker panel or corner lighting

Advantages :
