Presentation

The SG44 vertically sliding and folding pallet gate is a variant of the SG4 safety gate, sliding on the front like the latter, but with a folding guardrail on the rear.

When the guardrail on the edge of the void is open, the loading gate is ready to receive the load from the ground floor. The rear guardrail is unfolded to form a safety cage to protect the operator. Once the pallet has been placed on the platform, the operator manoeuvres the rear guardrail, which folds back, allowing the front guardrail to slide vertically to close the edge of the void. The load is now accessible to the operator. With the rear guardrail folded away, the pallet can be removed from all three sides (and not just from the rear as with conventional barriers).

This mezzanine pallet gate is designed to the customer's specifications. It is available in different versions and finishes.

SG5 interlock gates have been tested and certified by APAVE and TÜV SÜD Product Service GmbH (German certification body) to ensure maximum safety.
