Visual Level Indicators : Indication rail

An indication rail functions as follows : In the float is a built-in AlNiCo permanent magnet. The vertical position of the float is determined by the level of liquid, which follows the changes of level in the vessel. The flag elements are flipped 180° as the float rises or falls in ist chamber, due to the interaction between the float and flag magnets. The color-coded flag elements thereby give a very clear and unambiguous visual indication of the liquid level in the vessel.

According to the process conditions indication rails in Polycarbonate (< 150 °C) or in Aluminium (< 250 °C). The Polycarbonate rail allows a perfect visibility, also from the side.
For VLI’s which are used in rough conditions like vibrations, shock loads etc. a heavy duty fixation is available.
To protect against dirt, dust or high humid conditions we offer a Polyolefin protection tube.
