Presentation

Watco Dampguard Advanced is a solvent free, penetrative, epoxy resin coating for damp proofing floors and walls in a variety of internal locations. Provides a hard wearing and chemical resistant surface which resists fungal or bacterial growth.

Emulsion paint can be applied to Watco Dampguard Advanced since it is generally permeable to moisture vapour. The Dampguard Advanced surface should be abraded to provide a key. Carpet may be laid over Dampguard Advanced but not bonded down since the adhesive will not allow the substrate to breathe.

Suitable for: Bare masonry, brick, concrete Finish: Matt, low sheen Interior and exterior No primer required. Composition: 2 part, water based epoxy resin Coverage: 20m² per 3L per coat Number of coats: 2 Dry film thickness: Approximately 100 microns Minimum application temperature: 10°C
