WMC Ultra-Compact High-Precision Weigh Module

Cubic design with only 1 inch/25 millimeter width saves space and allows flexibility in the machine design. This design allows multiline arrangements for building networks.

Direct force comparison and small mass enable the shortest settling time and more immunity against vibrations. That allows higher throughput in the production and increases productivity.

Wash-down head accessory provides enhanced IP rating, making it possible to place the weigh module in dusty and wet environments. An ingress protection rating of IP54 is ensured in use, and IP56 during the wash-down process.

An electronic box provides as an optional second interface with an insert card.  A second RS232 and Ethernet TCP/IP can be chosen as a second interface.

That allows a dedicated service interface for the weigh module and enables network connectivity via Ethernet TCP/IP.
