The Automatic & Manual Shuttle Carrier (FRED SYSTEM) has been designed to automate and optimize material handling flows. It has been developed to transport standard loads up to 10 tons and more and is equipped with 6 senses of directions, which reduce significantly handling and storage areas and enhanced its accuracy. This automatic shuttle carrier can be customized to transport different types of loads such as coils, trays or pallets. It can also be fitted with a wide range of equipment including hook, lifting table, conveyor etc.

The Automatic & Manual Shuttle Carrier (FRED SYSTEM) can be used in both automatic and manual modes as well as manual remote control mode. Its height, length and width are fully customizable. It is very versatile and can be operated both in indoor and outdoor environments including deep-freeze zone as well as on metallic, asphalt, tiled or carpeted soils.

The Automatic & Manual Shuttle Carrier (FRED SYSTEM) is adaptable to our Laserguidance, Odoguidance and Wallguidance systems.

A fully customizable supervision system can be equipped on this shuttle carrier to manage interfaces between users and machines, machines and / or tailored GPAO secured by wireless link.
