The SUPERSCAN-LD XY deflection units set new standards in high speed scanning with low drift values and long-term stability. The combination of precision tolerance mechanics, optimised mirror design, high performance electronics and outstanding galvanometer scanners allow superior performance.

Maintaining high product quality standards is a priority at RAYLASE. Deflection units are shipped to customers only after passing extensive tests.

Mirrors and Objectives :
Outstanding mirror material. Mirrors, lenses and protection windows are available for CO2 and Nd:YAG laser.

Interfaces :
The deflection units are electrically and mechanically compatible with the XY2-100 standard. They can be controlled via high-speed data link.

Typical Applications :
This product is extremely suitable for very precise application requirements with low tolerance such as micro machining, drilling, perforation, cutting e.g. in solar cells, flat panel displays and LEDs.
