The TAGMARK LASER marking station is an efficient and high-performance solution that allows for the simultaneous management of plate supply and marking. Fully automated, it offers a single, secure workstation that is synchronized with production data.

Equipped with a SIC Marking ytterbium-doped fiber laser with an average power of 20 or 30 W, it is suitable for both mass production and single-unit production, without the need for an operator, while guaranteeing impeccable quality and high speed. The TAGMARK LASER can also be equipped with lasers of different powers for deeper markings or higher speeds.

At the end of the process, the plates are conveyed to a collection bin. Optionally, they can be stacked automatically using a gravity stacking system.

Direct loading into the marking chamber makes it possible to process plates of different sizes than those provided for in the loading area.

The SFA (SIC FACTORY AUTOMATION) control software automates data entry and offers an optimized, configurable, and user-friendly human-machine interface. It integrates easily with the data management system.
