The XXL-BOX is a Class 1 safety-certified laser marking station (standard: EN 60825-1) with an automatic door, designed specifically to handle heavy and bulky parts thanks to its high degree of modularity. It is also a turnkey station that can be easily integrated into a robotic cell.

Available in three different widths (800, 1200, or 1600 mm), it offers a wide range of additional options, from an automatic drawer for heavy parts to a 3D marking system. In addition, its large working area, up to 400 mm high and 820 mm deep, allows it to handle the largest parts, making this station one of the largest working volumes on the market.
2. Operational flexibility : The XXL-Box is not only adaptable to your needs, but also to your production environment. It can be controlled by a robot or cobot, offering seamless integration with your automated processes.
3. Exceptional performance : The XXL-Box offers power ranging from 20 to 100W, enabling fast, high-contrast marking. Whether you are marking alphanumeric codes, barcodes, or 2D Datamatrix codes, this marking station performs well on all metals and engineering plastics.
4. Simple and safe to use : With its intuitive user interface and ergonomic design, the XXL-Box makes the operator's job easier. In addition, it complies with the strictest safety standards (Class 1) and includes a secure locking system to ensure a safe working environment.
In terms of technical specifications, the XXL-Box has a working area of 1337 x 800 mm, suitable for parts with a maximum height of 520 mm and a maximum length of 1337 mm. Finally, it also has an integrated automation mode for your production line.
