The EXCETEK V650GPlus wire EDM machine – G Plus Series is a high-precision machining solution designed for the production of complex metal parts. This medium-sized Wire EDM machine is capable of producing fine cuts, technical profiles, and tapered shapes with outstanding accuracy. It is particularly well suited for precision engineering workshops, tool and die manufacturing, and applications requiring tight tolerances.

Thanks to its high-rigidity mechanical structure, the V650GPlus ensures excellent stability throughout machining operations. The EF non-electrolysis generator, combined with the stable spark control module and the SFC super-finishing circuit, delivers consistent cutting performance and uniform surface quality. Automatic measurement and correction functions help improve process repeatability while reducing manual intervention.

The machine also incorporates advanced automation features such as automatic wire threading (AWT), wire rethreading at the break point, and submerged wire threading. When integrated with a part-handling robot and a remote monitoring system, it supports seamless integration into modern production environments while enhancing productivity and machining process reliability.
