The NP500L Plus wire EDM machine stands out through its rigid design and exceptional precision, achieved thanks to a Meehanite cast iron structure optimized using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

It is equipped with high-thrust linear motors that ensure fast, stable, and highly repeatable cutting performance, delivering micron-level accuracy and surface finishes of up to Ra 0.14 μm.

Designed to meet the demands of the most advanced industries, the machine accommodates workpieces up to 850 × 550 × 300 mm with a maximum weight of 600 kg. The XY axes are driven by linear motors, while the UVZ axes are controlled by servo motors.

Featuring an industrial PC and an intuitive user interface, the NP500L Plus enables easy operation, even for complex machining tasks.

Its technical capabilities include a maximum taper angle of ±26°/100 mm, a cutting speed of up to 320 mm²/min (optional), and a fully automated 750 L deionized water system.

Compact despite its robust construction, the NP500L Plus measures 2,590 × 2,575 × 2,165 mm and has a total weight of 3,350 kg, making it a powerful and durable solution for the most demanding wire EDM applications.
