The NP1060L Plus – Z500/Z600 is a high-precision linear motor Wire EDM machine designed for the most demanding machining applications.

Its Meehanite cast iron structure, optimized using finite element analysis (FEA), provides exceptional rigidity and outstanding stability against thermal and mechanical variations.

Thanks to its high-thrust linear motors, glass scales, and advanced digital generator, the machine delivers fast, accurate, and highly repeatable cutting performance, achieving surface finishes of up to Ra 0.14 μm.

It can accommodate large workpieces up to 1,500 × 1,000 × 495/595 mm and 3,500/4,000 kg, with XY travels of 1,000 × 600 mm and a Z-axis stroke of up to 610 mm.

A maximum taper angle of ±30°/100 mm, an optional cutting speed of 320 mm²/min, and a fully automated dielectric management system (deionization unit, chiller, and four paper filters) further enhance its capabilities.

Compact yet robust, the NP1060L Plus combines power, precision, and reliability for machining large and complex components.
