The EXCETEK V400GPlus CNC Wire EDM machine – G Plus Series is designed for the precision machining of complex metal parts in demanding industrial environments. This Wire EDM machine enables highly accurate fine cutting, complex shapes, and tapered profiles. It is particularly well suited for the production of tooling, molds, and technical components requiring tight tolerances.
Featuring a high-rigidity mechanical structure and an intelligent control system, the V400GPlus ensures optimal stability throughout the machining process. The EF non-electrolysis generator, combined with the stable spark control module and the SFC super-finishing circuit, guarantees excellent surface quality and consistent precision. The automatic measurement and correction system improves process repeatability and minimizes errors during production cycles.
