The NP600L Plus wire EDM machine is part of the high-precision series designed for the most demanding applications, thanks to a rigid design optimized using the finite element method to ensure perfect stability in the face of thermal and mechanical variations.

Its Meehanite cast iron structure ensures long-lasting robustness, while the high-thrust linear motors on the XY axes deliver fast, precise, and perfectly repeatable cutting.

Combined with glass scales and UVZ control via servomotors, the NP600L Plus achieves micron-level precision with remarkably fine surface finishes.

Designed to accommodate large parts up to 1,000 × 700 × 345/405 mm with a maximum weight of 800/850 kg, it offers table travel of 600 × 400 mm, as well as U/V axes of 160 × 160 mm and an optional Z-axis up to 410 mm.
