The ASI Model DM-100 Series Dilution Modules have been developed to meet the demands of some of our more specialized applications, where an ex situ dilution system or in situ dilution probe is simply not practical.

Whether your primary dilution device is used as a stand-alone unit for laboratory applications, or integrated into your OEM analyzer or sampling system, the DM-100 is an excellent solution for your dilution step. Originally designed as a second-stage dilution unit, downstream of an in situ or ex situ dilution probe, DM-100 can also produce extremely high dilution rates if your application demands it.

Characteristics :

Achieves a minimum vacuum of 0.47 bar (13.87 "Hg) at a low dilution air pressure of 2.5 bar (36.25 psi).
Maintain vacuum levels above 0.47 bar with dilution air pressures of up to 6 bar.
Diluted sample flow rates in a range of 4.5 to 12 L / min (depending on the dilution air pressure setting).
Operating temperatures above 177 ° C, with high temperature configuration.
Reduction of moisture content to levels below dew point
Dilute the sample to concentrations measured more accurately (dilution ratios of 12: 1 to 350: 1)
Low flow, precise sample flow rates (standard orifice sizes from 20ml / min to 500ml / min)
Corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel wetted parts
Many types of critical holes available (standard glass, Monel-400, stainless-316)
