The BIGMARK Fiber and MOPA Laser Marking Machine is specifically designed for industrial applications requiring high power, precision, and large marking capacity.
With generous dimensions of 1,320 × 1,100 × 1,810 mm, it offers a spacious work area accessible through a 1,000 × 600 mm door, making it easy to load and process large workpieces.
Its standard 600 × 600 mm marking table, customizable upon request, allows a wide variety of parts to be processed while ensuring optimal positioning thanks to integrated M6 mounting holes.
The 300 mm Z-axis, also configurable, provides maximum production flexibility. The machine accommodates workpieces up to approximately 200 mm in height (with a 110 × 110 mm lens), or even larger depending on the selected configuration.
Built for demanding industrial environments, the BIGMARK weighs approximately 500 kg and supports loads of up to 150 kg on its worktable.
Each machine is equipped with a laser source selected according to application requirements, a galvanometer scan head with autofocus, French-language marking software, a full protective enclosure, and a secure door-opening system. Options such as a rotary axis, a fume extraction unit, or an XY cross table further enhance its versatility.
