This greased MICA complex considerably improves assembly times by eliminating the need for manual greasing, and also increases the quality of the assembly due to the constant and uniform thickness of the grease on each side.
 
The purpose of greasing is to increase the thermal conductivity by the intimacy of the contacts that the grease creates between the elements, thus cancelling out the effects of air flakes.
 
Our greased MICA spacers are presented in reels, protected between two embossed polypropylene support films. These reels have a diameter of 205 mm and a width of 70, 100 or 150 mm depending on the dimensions of the spacers required. Each reel contains approximately 2000 dividers.
